Founded by our President & HAAG Certified Residential Inspector, Mr. Gaudencio Fernandez in 1987. We are a family-owned and operated company originally established in Newburgh, NY. Our company relocated to Manassas, VA in 2001. We have proudly serviced the Northern Virginia area since.
